WHAT THE WARRANTY COVERS
1.Tinosec provides free replacement for orders within 30 days from delivery date if product broken, but buyer must cooperate with us to take video as evidence.
No evidence, no free replacement.
If you do not like them and want to return, we do not cover all shipping fee .
2.For a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase of your Tinosec product1, or one (1) year from the date of receipt of your replacement (see Section II below for details), Tinosec will, at its sole option, repair or replace any products that malfunction due to defective parts or workmanship at no charge to you.
This warranty is not transferable and applies only to the original consumer purchaser. Tinosec may, in its sole discretion, make any repair or replacement with new or refurbished product or components. If the product or component requiring repair or replacement is no longer available, Tinosec may, in its sole discretion, replace such product with a similar product of similar function.
